you will be responsible for the development of the Greater China Services Practice strategy which includes :
Establishing the go-to-market strategy, market offerings and financial forecasts
Achievement of the Services P & L
Building the team to implement strategy
Analysis of current services offerings in each geography to ensure revenue generation and gross profit objectives are met or exceeded
Managing all operational activities of the services practice including working with the sales team in identifying, qualifying, pricing and delivering services in multiple geographies
Ensuring alignment with global services positioning
Building and maintaining executive management level relationships within Insight, its customers and partners
Taking an active role in the Greater China Leadership team
Manage the customers’ requirements, while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes are utilized to deliver an integrated solution
Maintains open lines of communication with other departments to insure confidence and enhance the relationships within Insight
Extensive management experience within the professional and / or technical services discipline (minimum of 8 years).
Proven track record of managing a successful P&L.
Exceptional communication skills including written, oral and presentation.
Strong analytical skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with customers.
Must be able to work independently and juggle more than one project at a time.
