We are urgently hiring for a high caliber HR Specialist Assistant Manager About the Company Our client is an electric company in Hong Kong its core business remains the generation transmission and retailing of electricity HR Specialist 32 38k The Position Profile Provide administrative support on one stop HR solutions to the team in areas such as manpower planning recruitment staffing salary benefits administration personnel records management and employee services Maintain staff information records in a proper manner Liaise co ordinate and monitor consultant service providers to ensure smooth logistics arrangement and service quality Conduct analysis and provide support for management report ESG and external reporting at Group and corporate level Support any ad hoc projects assigned Requirement A recognized university degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management Studies or other discipline Seasoned Human Resources professional with at least 5 years relevant experience Proven experience in managing multi initiatives independently Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Putonghua Result oriented meticulous and with strong communication and interpersonal skills Well organised and with good analytical and numerical capability Able to work under tight timeline and pressure HR Assistant Manager up to 50k Key responsibilities Review develop R B policies programs practices and guidelines to ensure full compliance of statutory requirements and meeting corporate pay philosophy Design implement new remuneration programs and benefit schemes to meet the rapidly changing operational and business environment Responsible for annual exercises including pay review incentive payment staff benefit programme renewal Lead various market benchmarking exercises analyse results and provide recommendations to the Management Conduct HR analytics on effectiveness of R B programs Act as a change agent to promote and implement change programs and to cultivate the Business Group culture and harmonious employee relations Lead or participate in R B projects or initiatives as directed by the Management Requirements University degree in human resources management or related disciplines Seasoned HR professional with at least 8 years of relevant working experience Strong analytical skills and high attention to numerical details Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to build good relationships with internal external HR counterparts Able to demonstrate ability to evaluate design and recommend compensation programs based on market assessment and business strategy Responsible with self directed ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and is also able to do high quality work under time pressure Team player with good Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills
