What you’ll do as you move with us :

Content Creation & Proposal Writing

Overall

  • Obtain a clear brief from client teams. Be able to clarify the details, and interpret briefs to understand project requirements for the copywriting
  • Digital naive and have an excellent understanding of the latest digital and social media channels
  • Conceptualize B2B content plan and compose B2B content, including LinkedIn long-form content, Twitter copy, corporate article writing, digital platform, social media copywriting, etc.
  • Know the power of our proprietary tools such as Creative Catalyst Network and Digital Catalyst Cards; work closely with a BIG group to support your creative work and meet client’s objectives
  • Content & Copywriting

  • As a compelling storyteller to create relevant, original, high-quality copies for different clients in various industries
  • Able to create a specific tone of voice and writing style based on different brands’ requirements
  • Understand different language styles that appeal to various target segments on different media / channels. Apply creative thinking in the copy / design for diversified mediums, including social media, social communities, websites, blogs, newsletters, brochures, etc.
  • Collaborating with the analytics and account team to identify trends and themes, implement a test and learn approach, optimize content strategy, and make recommendations
  • Work with the junior copywriters to complement region-specific needs
  • Review, edit, and approve copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address communication goals and challenges
  • Proposal and New Ideas

  • Conduct high-quality research on campaign concepts, big ideas, and case studies
  • Build knowledge of industry trends and key competitors’ content activities.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative and account teams, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives
  • Collaborate with the designer and the rest of the creative team, as well as the account team, for various scales of marketing / creative campaigns
  • Experience with search engine optimization to maximize copy’s reach
  • Drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication
  • People

  • Be a team player to support the creative team to deliver high-quality work
  • Create an inclusive and welcoming environment that engages all individuals without bias and demonstrates flexibility in a changing work environment
  • Embody the values of the company
  • Have a positive attitude and maintain ongoing communications with the client / internal team
