HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth.

This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Branch Operations.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for providing direct support to Sales Managers and senior Sales Support, delivering high quality sales service to customer base
  • Be part of the team responsible for ensuring the bank aligns around our clients to deliver a high quality and robust service
  • Carry out team administrative roles
  • Assist the team in the efficient marketing of products to their client base and in achieving both Financial and Qualitative annual objectives
  • Support the Sales and Sales Support management in driving cross-selling opportunities for the bank
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with solid experience in customer experience / banking industry
  • Knowledge in Retail Banking products and experience are preferred
  • Proven ability to assist and support complex projects and deliver results with multiple deadlines
  • Experience in implementing chance or improvements in cross functional projects
  • Good analysis and problem solving capabilities applied with demonstrable impact in projects
  • A creative thinker who has a strong desire to challenge existing work practices and effect positive change to enable the bank to meet its strategic aims
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
