What you will be doing
Handle corporate finance projects including M&As, restructuring and fundraising exercises
Prepare various market research and analysis on the macro market trends, industry landscape and regulations for potential M&A deals or investments
Assess potential M&A deals by conducting valuation, financial models and financial analysis
Coordinate financial and tax due diligence on investment projects and provide support in relation to structuring and execution
Conduct competitor analysis and explore business opportunities
Prepare financial models for new business initiatives and provide recommendations to senior management
Assist in the preparation of cashflow forecast of the Group and enhance cash flow optimization
Facilitate discussion with investors from financial perspective
Monitor the capital and debt status of the Group and ensure all financial covenants are in compliance
Assist in the formulation and implementation of capital allocation strategies of the Group to support business objectives
Handle other ad hoc corporate projects
About you :
You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet

What is required and what we’re looking for :
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
Qualified CFA or CPA
At least 7 years solid experience in corporate finance gained in investment, financial services or technology enterprise or professional firms
Familiar with key financial and operating metrics of banks
China exposure is preferred
Experience in debt financing is a plus
Strong analytical skills, hands-on and highly self-motivated;
Good interpersonal and influencing skills to deal with people at all levels
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
