Emarsys SAP Is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team and fully manage our Asia Pacific recruitment efforts on a contract limited to end of 2022 (with a possibility of an extension).
What you will be doing
Hiring for all open positions for our APAC offices (Hong Kong, Sydney and Singapore)
Shortlisting and qualifying candidates over the telephone and face to face, building strong relationships and rapport and creating an outstanding candidate experience maintaining excellent communication throughout the hiring process.
Efficiently schedule and manage the interview and offer process providing regular updates on progress to candidates and managers.
Managing the candidate onboarding process and experience. This includes drafting and preparation of offer letter and contract, ensuring all relevant and necessary standard forms and agreements are filled in and signed off, e-mail communications leading up to first-day, all user accounts and desk set-up are ready on first day, first day office and company orientation.
Develop an expert understanding of cloud-based technology and digital marketing to build your own brand and credibility in our industry.
Proactively guide and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process and develop search strategies for the respective department.
Ensure that the existing ATS - Success Factors, is utilized to support recruitment initiatives.
Employer Branding Activities being a brand ambassador on social media platforms (particularly Linkedin) including promoting, creating content that promotes and highlights the Emarsys work culture.
Maintaining content on Glassdoor.
Who you are
Min. 3-5 years of experience in sourcing capacity, preferably from the agency AND in-house (or RPO) background.
Results driven and goal orientated with an intrinsic motivation to do a great job and improve things.
Proven experience delivering contingent and direct talent acquisition through a variety of sourcing strategies such as job boards, referrals and social media, including LinkedIn.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to liaise and advise all levels of stakeholders.
A client focused individual who can deliver a premium service both in the hiring community but also positively influence the candidate experience.
Knowledge of international recruitment techniques, employment policies, and procedures for various markets.
Regional APAC experience would be a plus.
Strong business acumen and proactive energetic personality.
