As a Senior Sales Consultant at EF you :

  • Advise, support our students (and parents) and manage the entire sales cycle of our programs

  • Your responsibilities :

  • Promote and sell our language and study abroad programs through direct customer contact by phone, email and face-to-face interactions
  • Take on ambitious sales targets and see them as an opportunity to contribute to EF’s success
  • Lead sales or marketing related projects and support the Country Product Manager
  • Assist in training efforts led by the Country Product Manager
  • Participate in offsite and onsite events, including sales presentations and fairs
  • Manage administrative tasks and provide pre- and post-sales customer service to our customers (and parents when applicable)
  • Requirements :

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5+ years of work experience in sales, and previous marketing or education industry experience is a plus
  • Native in Cantonese and fluent in English (Mandarin a plus)
  • Prior international experience is an advantage (study / work)
  • Sales oriented and target driven
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude, flexible and great team spirit
  • Strong communication skills
  • Weekend and public holiday shifts will be required
