Responsibilities : Sales Coordination :

Sales Coordination :

  • Assist operational aspects of the day to day running of CLB stores
  • Act as point of contact for counter staff and assist with administrative requests
  • Ensure efficient communication of marketing activities and coordinate activation to counter teams
  • Ensure stock movements, orders, selling are recorded through daily review of selling reports and placement of orders with warehouses
  • Coordinate with retailer and assist to plan and set up consumer in-store events and review of results
  • Carry out analysis of sales trend, product sales and logistic planning based on records
  • Assist with Cash Handling and Financial administration
  • Assist in the preparation of staff training / onboarding sessions
  • Assist Management to prepare and update monthly sales related reports
  • Extract data from various systems e.g. POS, CRM, sell-out, to facilitate brand team on data analysis and report preparation with Retail Manager for Business Review
  • Draws up and maintains presentation files with updated data
  • Office Administration :

  • Takes care of all administrative and technical assistance : calendar management, orders for office equipment, etc.
  • Manage PO process for marketing & merchandising teams, monitors budget and expenditure issue, record, follow up
  • Coordinate with various departments (Retail, Merchandising, PR, Training) on addressing operational needs e.g. samples / testers usage, device allocation, POP materials.
  • Responsible for the Inventory Management
  • Participate in counters’ animation process with different vendors. Coordinate logistics and installation details per launch.
  • Follow up printing and sourcing logistics with internal and external parties
  • Coordinate regional meetings and major events (sales conference, business meetings, market visits)
  • Coordinates the arrival of new employees (transfer files, FIT course planning, IT and telephone requests, etc.)
  • Participates in competitive intelligence (market research, competitors’ events, etc.)
  • Requirements :

  • Experience : 5 or more years of relevant working experience
  • Education : Degree in Marketing / Business Administration
  • Languages : English
  • Competencies : Strong analytical skills, efficient, willingness to be hands-on, deadline-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong people management, negotiation and computer skills (especially Excel & Power Point)

  • Good communication skills
  • Able to multi-tasking and work under pressure
  • Keen interest in Beauty and Make-up
  • Team support or sales / marketing administration experience preferred
