Associate - Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities :

  • Understand the business needs, balance the requirements amongst business stakeholders and recommend solutions
  • Assist in analyzing users requirements in translating into system requirements
  • Work closely with IPO department, project team and external vendors to ensure the system can be completed timely
  • Assist in review of functional specification / user stories / mock-up screens for the system
  • Coordinate and manage UAT with users, prepare UAT plans and maintain relevant documents and training for users
  • Assist in preparing and delivering change management plan, user training, launch & post-implementation supports
  • Job Requirements :

  • University degree, preferably in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related subject
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience
  • Strong analyzing and communication skills
  • Quick learner with sound ability to pick up new knowledge and work independently
  • Proficient in product management and business process optimization
  • Good understanding in Project management (Scrum, PMP, Agile), Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Pega, BI Reporting tools, Excel and VBA is a plus
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
