The Role Responsibilities

Support to formulate the country execution and priorities to deliver sustainable growth across Affluent Banking segment clients, ensuring that the Bank fulfils the potential and realises the significant revenue and operating profit growth opportunity from the clients.

The role is to support the acquisition and CVP of Priority Private segment via

  • Acquisition of New-to-Bank (NTB) and Upgrade of Existing-To-Bank (ETB) clients to Priority Private segment via strategic programs and partnerships
  • Design early engagement roadmap to effectively engage clients to drive product take-up and wealth penetration
  • Planning and implementation of segment CVP in the areas of wealth and lifestyle privileges
  • Business Performance

  • Drive acquisition and upgrade of Priority Private clients through segment strategy & CVP propositions, marketing plans, segment and product offers across different channels
  • Drive key KPIs including New-To-Bank (NTB) clients, New-To-Segment (NTS) clients, Qualified ratio, Wealth and Professional Investors (PI) penetration
  • Execute segment strategy, marketing planning, products offer and integrated distribution deliveries to elevate client experience
  • Priority Private - Acquisition and CVP

  • Acquire NTB and ETB clients where appropriate in line with agreed protocols
  • Support execution of sales and marketing programs and initiatives to acquire NTB and NTS clients
  • Support the enhancement of onboarding experience and journeys to boost the qualified ratio and drive product take-up and wealth penetration
  • Manage, design and develop ongoing bespoke privileges for Priority Private through strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to provide unique product offers and banking experiences to Priority Private clients across different client journeys
  • Product Bundles and Pricing

  • Support the development of product bundles, pricing & promotions to attract new clients, grow product and PI penetration by collaboration with Product teams
  • Processes

  • Execute Priority Private sign-up process, campaign design & implementation process
  • Follow through deepening programme processes, e.g. Campaign Management, Leads management
  • Support the management of budget & KPI, and ensure it is accurately reported & forecasted throughout the year
  • Manage the contractual relationships with external partners to provide bespoke client privileges
