Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general clerical work and office support duties
  • Taking order and follow up
  • Data entry and issue P.O.
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel
  • Liaise and coordinate daily business issues with internal staff and external parties
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above or 2-3years working experience is preferred
  • Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible, motivated & able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
  • Holidays : Bank Holiday
