The Sales Analysis Manager is an important member of the Asia team who supports sales growth by controlling and analyzing sales performance, by supporting communication with distributors on price, product, and logistics information.

She / he will contribute to brand and category management strategy by providing Sales, Retail audit analysis. With some customers she / he will oversee managing relationship and order plan.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.


Provide key accountabilities of the role. Be as specific and clear as possible. Include any P&L and Revenue responsibility)

  • Support managing branded and PVL portfolio strategies and sourcing across the region.
  • Working with sales, marketing, and customers to build, review and maintain commercial tools to evaluate business performance and distributors KPIs.
  • i.e. IMS, shipment, forecast, Retail audit, promotions tracker, coverage, benchmarking and pricing.

  • Support marketing team analysis activities with good working knowledge of office 365 including (PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • i.e. create reports and templates, assist team in analyzing data and trends.

  • In partnership with the commercial team, develop approaches and metrics to evaluate market performance. Ensure timely monitoring and evaluation to provide results, learning, and adjustments to optimize capabilities.
  • Provide Product Management Group with supply chain and analytics activities with a focus on our core branded businesses Shaving and Suncare.
  • Leverage excellent analytical skills to support commercial team and partners by analyzing data and developing presentations and other materials and make recommendations to grow share of the category and brands.
  • Required Education, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience in a corporate environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics
  • Work experience preferred in FMCG, analytical, or commercial organization
  • Working knowledge / expertise in customer service, overseas sourcing, manufacturing, product development, design and costing
  • Experience in sales / marketing / brand development / customer service, particularly for Asia
  • Languages : Must be fluent in English. Hindi / Mandarin / Korean is a strong plus
  • Strong Excel, Good PowerPoint (Office 365 applications) skills.
  • Good knowledge of Category Management and basic ecommerce marketing principles.
  • Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with moderate supervision required; solid ability to work in team environment, and comfortable with juggling a number of tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to make connections across language and cultural barriers.
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and within shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
