Job Description :
We are hiring Manager, Partnership & Promotion.
This is a newly created group-level role that is tasked to drive the business of Plaza Premium Group and its portfolio brands by planning, implementing and evaluating global tactical campaigns, as well as exploring event sponsorship and partnership opportunities to build brand awareness of the Group and its portfolio brands.

cultural, fast paced environment with team mates globally.
Plan and implement global tactical and advertising campaigns.
Evaluate the effectiveness and conduct KPIs and ROI of all campaigns.
Advise and monitor local campaign implementation by in-market teams worldwide.
Compile post-campaign reports and conduct workshops for sharing insights with HQ and in-market teams.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners on in-house events, exhibitions, joint promotions, partnerships and event sponsorship opportunities.
Prepare RFPs for vendor pitching and manage the performance of vendors and agencies on project execution.
Prepare and manage promotion contents and news for all brand websites and owned channels under the Group's brand portfolio.
Manage joint promotions and communication contents with Arrture, the Group's travel reward programme partner.
Assist Senior Manager, Marketing Communications in planning, coordinating and executing in-house event logistics.
Any ad hoc job assignments delegated by the Group's Marketing Director.
Job Details :
Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or other related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years relevant experience particularly in the capacity of promotion and partnership management, preferably in hospitality or aviation industry.
Creative, innovative, self initiative, detail-oriented and well organised, sensitive to consumer behaviour, market trends and digital ecosystems
Data and result-driven, dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked individual with the capability to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner.
Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with people from different backgrounds and at all levels, both internally and externally.
Excellent project management and time management.
Capable to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
