Our sister company Burrfection Store Limited is looking for a Native English Speaking Ecommerce Customer Service Executive to improve customer service experience of its e-commerce brand by giving timely responses to customer enquiries and follow up on sales orders.
Your role will also help improving product discovery, and provide interesting messaging and social based marketing campaigns to our e-commerce customers.
