With cash the lifeblood of everycompany, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows.Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and isextended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-borderfinancial transaction needs.
This role focuses on understanding the needs and priorities of ourcustomers to develop an integrated product marketing & execution plan in adigital way, in order to increase awareness, conversion, and wallet shareincrease in terms of DBS solutions across Cash Management, Trade Finance, OpenAccount Trade and Securities and Fiduciary Services.
Plan and execute all digitalmarketing, including SEO / CMS, marketing database, email, social media anddisplay advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance ofall digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
Identify trends and insights, andoptimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Design, build and maintain oursocial media presence.
Conduct deep dive data analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams tocreate landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical abilityto instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies andother vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 yearsof experience in the area of Digital Marketing
Internet industry, Fintech relatedexperience preferred, non-banking industry
Strong written and verbalcommunication skills, self-motivated, team-oriented
In-depth knowledge of varioussocial media platforms, best practices, latest marketing technology trend, andwebsite analytics
Google AdWords, Adobe campaign,HubSpot, or any other equivalent certification preferred
