Responsibilities :
Provide IT helpdesk / deskside support to in-house users on all IT aspects including hardware, software and networking
Escalate the ticket of complex problem and monitor the status until ticket closed
Execute and administer the provisioning of the IT services to support the business requirements
Skill Transfer to users
Perform inventory control of IT assets, record keeping and documentation
Requirement :
Diploma holder or above in Computing or related discipline
Minimum 1 years of IT experience
Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
