SME Sales Specialist (Business Customer Hotline)
The Job
Being a key member of the Business Customer Hotline team, the job holder will be responsible for
Selling HKT broadband, one communications and mobility services to selected business customers in order to grow revenue and achieve the assigned targets
Promoting the Company’s products and services through cross-selling approach via customer visit
Working towards the sales targets and KPIs and providing professional advice to strengthen customer loyalty
Handling sales enquires in an professional manner
The Person
Higher Diploma or above
2 years’ solid sales experience in managing commercial customers is preferable
Sales and customer oriented with strong commitment towards sales target achievement
Passionate in sales job and result driven personality
Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Fresh graduate or less experience candidates will also be considered.
