eCommerce Executive, DrGo
Riding on the growth of new telemedicine platform DrGo, we are hiring a strong marketer to join the team. The candidate shall possess solid experience in marketing planning, marketing promotion operations & management as well as performance tracking, reporting and analysis.
Your Role
Responsible for managing e-commerce, digital marketing (including paid media, social media and digital campaigns) and various digital projects to support business objectives
Liaise with different parties to ensure the delivery of accurate web content in a timely manner including storefront design, product shots, product information, promotion, stock levels
Work closely with the merchandising team to prepare various campaign and promotions launch to achieve business objectives
Formulate digital marketing plan to improve website traffic and conversion rate
Assist operation team & customer service team to provide and maintain excellent customer and after-sales service
Utilize site metrics tracking tools to generate business insights for performance evaluation
To Succeed in this Role
University graduate in Digital Marketing Communications, Marketing or Business related discipline
Proven 1-2 years’ working experience in marketing, business development or operational management; preferable in telecom, FMCG, eCommerce and retail industries;
Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to work under tight timeline;
Self-motivated and able to accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision;
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with people at all levels;
Good command in both spoken and written English.
Flexible - able to multitask across multiple channels. This role would involve testing as well as filling the gaps wherever needed to explore new paid media channels
Knowledge and experience in using Google Analytics, data studio or magento is preferred
