We are looking for a seasoned human resource professional to join the HR team in support of the HR transformation that is in alignment with the Group's human capital strategies and goals.
The appointee will play a key HR Business Partner role in the development, implementation, and review of a wide range of HR-related policies, programs and processes, in particular, in areas related to recruitment marketing, talent management, staff engagement, organization effectiveness in terms of digitalization of HR system.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with substantial years of experience in an organization with the best HR practices.
Applicants should possess a proven track record in driving people and cultural change programs. Proficiency in HRIS, ideally, SAP is an advantage.
