NET-A-PORTER are now seeking a talented Client Relations Partner, APAC to join the team.

As a regional Client Relations Partner, you will be a client facing ambassador for both NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER, working along with the global Client Relations team, by developing and driving the APAC Client Relations strategy.

You will elevate relationships with our EIP clients by leveraging different tools, focusing on the client experience, as well as driving client acquisition, retention and conversion.

  • Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing :

    Client relations

  • With the support of the IN-SEASON APAC Client Relations Manager, you will implement the Client Relations strategy in the APAC region with a view to accelerate recruitment of high potential prospects and increase retention and positive experience of existing EIPs for both NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER
  • Have up to date awareness and knowledge on our top APAC in EIPs, along with insights on venues, and suppliers
  • Support with the development of a strong follow-up and ownership of a customer journey to ensure every potential client is converted into an EIP and work closely with the APAC Personal Shopping teams to take this forward
  • Regularly review the Client Relations KPIs (Retention, Acquisition and Conversion) and propose specific actions plans to improve performance and establish the business as best in class
  • Perform client insights / analysis through the relevant reporting platforms to make business recommendations and improvements
  • Budget management, cost control and client lists are all up to date and in line with business expectations
  • Give hands on support with customer events, gifting initiatives, exclusive product promotions
  • Partner with the Personal Shoppers when meeting existing clients socially or for at home visits as required and the ensure the team is delivering the NET-A-PORTER best in class client experience
  • Work closely with the Client Relations coordinators to ensure the CR reports are updates with your leads so we can monitor and report on newly active customers, together with revenue generated
  • Business development

  • Be an active networker, proactively identifying opportunities to meet potential customers through relevant industry and social events
  • Assess the potential for true EIP acquisition via the EIP Ambassador Program and potential partnerships opportunities externally and via Marketing and PR
  • Establish successful approaches to closing sales opportunities at events in different markets in partnership with the APAC Personal Shopping team for NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER
  • Work closely with both MKT and PR Teams for NAP / MRP to ensure the strategies are aligned and implemented with a 360 approach
  • Evolve a network of key partners to collaborate on a series of small scale, personal and intimate activities that focus on quality leads over quantity
  • Work with the Personal Shopping team to ensure we are maintaining leads engaged with product and service, therefore maximizing the conversion rate and migration into high customer value segment
  • Team development

  • Support the Client Relations Manager, APAC in recruitment, evaluation and development of the Client Relations team, maximising individual potential and ensuring succession plans of their career development is in place
  • Coach the Personal Shoppers to maximise engagement opportunity with new EIPs and potential EIP
  • The type of person we are looking for :

  • You will have experience in luxury fashion sales, with solid understanding of client development, luxury fashion and lifestyle differences
  • You will be results oriented and sales driven, with great commercial awareness and demonstrate high level of business expertise
  • You will have a proven record and passion for events’ management
  • You will be self-motivated, pro- active and possess strong organisational skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, efficient and able to multi-task with solid organisational and time-management skills
  • Can work independently in a structured manner
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
  • You will be a creative thinker who works on initiative
  • Can work effectively on several projects simultaneously
  • Strong experience working with third party partners to develop events strategies
  • Strong team player who is able to work across multiple teams and under pressure
  • Ability to coach and develop team
  • High work ethic, integrity and reliability with a hands on attitude
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • You are comfortable with long haul travel
