PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. for the Smoke-Free Products at electronic hub (eHUB).

You will ensure effective deployment of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the organization in line with international standards, accreditation and Corporate Quality Assurance (QA) requirements through existing global QMS and new procedures in the region.

Work closely with key partners to role-model Quality at source to pass any inspection / audit and continuously improve for compliance purpose.

Administer corporate tools & systems on behalf of Corporate QA at function / organization, collect and consolidate data and ensure effective use of them.

Train end-users if need be. Act as the interface between Corporate QA and the function / organization level. Responsibilities

  • Ensure deployment of Quality Management Systems (QMS) concepts and tools within function / organization, including any business accreditations.
  • Collect and maintain Quality procedures, SOP and records / data as per Corporate QA requirements. Analyze current and future procedural needs of the business.

    Raise appropriate change requests, prioritize required contributions and coordinate workflows in the system for efficient and smooth usage

  • Ensure management's review on Key Performance Indicators for the function / organization are understood, up-to-date and timely provided to senior management.
  • Work with key partners to secure lean management review process to support effective decision making and continuous feedback to Corporate QA

  • Actively promote quality ownership & mindset through specific engagement initiatives while increasing involvement of key partners for role-modeling adherence to quality processes.
  • Assist with training of quality awareness

  • Drive continuous improvement (CAPA) as corrective actions from audits, internal assessments and / or non conformity situations for the relevant function / organization.
  • Collect lessons learned through facilitation. Share outcome with Corporate QA and improve QMS related processes and standards at PMI level

  • Manage functional administration of systems related to QMS (e.g. CAPA, NC, OMSP, LMS) on behalf of the organization, providing the needed input according to Corporate QA processes
  • To liaise with the functional departments to assign the appropriate and up-to-date training plan for the staffs in the training system based on their job roles in a timely manner.
  • Ensure relevant training content and approach delivery to meet business needs

  • Act as central point of contact for any Quality Audits or inspections. Intervene as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and help organization to be prepared for it.
  • Raise to Corporate QA regarding quality issues or any other critical matters when appropriate and tackle them in close collaboration with key partners

  • Carry out all of the activities ensuring that company Compliance Policies, standards, and laws relating to these activities are fully respected, integrated and understood by partners, and implement adequate processes to ensure the safeguarding of information of a confidential nature Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, specialized Quality Management, Quality related certifications
  • Advantageous (ASQ), Professional auditing experience preferable
  • 5-10 years technical work experience, preferably in the area of electronic manufacturing and project management. Previous quality experience is preferred
  • Good knowledge and experience of developing ISO9001 and ISO13485 QMS
  • Significant knowledge in FDA regulations is a plus
