We are now seeking a full-time Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser (Sweater) to join our team.
What you'll do is to......
Assist in establishing and enhancing business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
Understand customers' expectation on the requirement of samples and translate it to the production technicians
Communicate with design team on day-to-day basis for production development and address corresponding issues on mass production
Work with design team to review and provide comments on the samples
Involve in product development process to ensure products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process
Research and analyze market trend of yarn / fabric
Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices, deals and terms
Monitor suppliers performance and bulk fabric quality standard control
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
You will thrive in the role if you
Diploma or Degree in Clothing, Textile Merchandising or related discipline preferred
Minimum 4 years' relevant experience
Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
Independent, able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail-minded
Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Literate in Microsoft Office programs
Occasional travel is required
