Key Responsibilities :
Provide all-rounded administrative support to Cyberport Creative Micro Fund - Hong Kong Young Entrepreneurs Programme (HKYEP) including programme admission, orientation, regular review and data and knowledge management.
Monitor and implement mentorship services, training workshops, events and ad-hoc projects, etc. as assigned by supervisors
Handle enquiries, prepare presentation materials, regular business reports or updates, business research, etc.
Assist to engage different stakeholders in the ecosystem including programme partners, service providers, industry players, grantees and startups, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or senior management
University graduate in any discipline, preferred in Business Management, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably gained in sizable or public organisations
Experience in digital tech industry with collaboration with government, academia or start-ups is an added advantage
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Proficient in PC skills, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing etc.
Self-motivated, organised, a good team player and able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight schedule
Logical thinking, detail-minded, good interpersonal and communication skills
The position is on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
