Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform general duties in office administration such as purchasing supplies, equipment and services includes issuance of Purchase Order to supplier / contractor / vendor;
  • price negotiation, order placing, delivery and product quality.

  • To arrange property maintenance and repairs with suitable contractors, and to monitor the progress.
  • Responsible for arranging company vehicle repair and maintenance, renewal of licence and insurance.
  • Provide support on reception service role
  • Outdoor duties when necessary
  • Assist in other administration and procurement ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • The above duties have to be performed in all laboratories of The Lab (Asia) Ltd. and the Three Runway System site office.
  • Requirements / Qualification

  • HKCEE or DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience
  • Mature, fast learner, be able to work independently
  • Be a good team player, responsible, self-motivated and ability to perform multi-tasks
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel
  • Working Days

    Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 and Saturday 0830 1230
