HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth.
This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Personal Assistant .
Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation and management of Human Resources direct and Manager Self Service cases
Coordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders including travel
Supporting administration, composing presentations, drafting reports and assisting with key documents, such as business plans
Deputising at meetings, taking minutes and making decisions on matters relating to the business area, where appropriate
Deputising or managing Human Resources Direct cases and management of self service functionality for the manager supported and wider team where required
Managing external relationships and service providers
Gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area
Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area
Admin support to the wider team where required
Experience supporting, communicating with and providing executive assistance to global bank, with proven ability to demonstrate absolute integrity and judgment in handling sensitive matters
Strong interpersonal skills, broad understanding and appreciation of operating environment and stakeholder landscape with ability to accommodate personal styles to different situations
Mature, professional, strong verbal and written communication skills, team player and demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence
Knowledge of Human Resources Direct Cases and Manager Self Service functionality would be advantages
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
