REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

  • University degree holder in advertising, PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years track record in Event Management preferable in the advertising / marketing industry and experience in delivering B2B events.
  • Proven experience as an events planner or organizer.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of how to work effectively across different internal stakeholders and team members with multi-tasking ability.
  • MS Office proficiency and knowledge of WordPress and other technology platforms such as Zoom and Bizzabo will be an advantage but not necessary.
  • Detail-oriented, great communication and organization skills.
