Data Manager (CMB Transformation & Data Management)

made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Data Manager (CMB Transformation & Data Management).

Principal responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and maintain data policies and methodologies to ensure data integrity
  • Develop and maintain data processes which ensure that they are fitting to serve the needs of the Bank
  • Investigate and seek to remedy data quality issues and process failures
  • Participate in data management and data governance activities, ensuring that these data practices comply with regulations
  • Advise on change activities which involve data sources, affect data processes and impact data service provision
  • Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ banking experience, preferably with good knowledge of data or information management
  • Attentiveness to details and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly adaptable to changes and challenges
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
