The Job :
lead M3306 7x24 watch keeping team and O&M team
arrange shift duties of 7x24 watch keeping team
arrange ECO duties of O&M team
interface with end user for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance related matters
prepare and update instruction manual and maintenance manual when deemed necessary
propose changes and improvements to the PM maintenance procedure and schedule for consideration
provide timely coordination and access for other government departments, external organizations during and after typhoon, flooding, rainstorm, thunderstorm or other natural disasters if situation permits.
Prepare spare list and keep track of spare inventory and inform for spare restock
Support drill or other regular exercise arranged by end user when deem necessary
The Person
1. Academic / Professional Qualifications and Working Experience
University degree / Higher Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, and with at least 6 years of working experience in air traffic control systems engineering, 3 years of which is in supervisory position for operating and maintaining the air traffic control systems for international airport(s)
With at least 8 years of working experience in operating and maintaining the ATC systems for international airport(s), 4 years of which is in supervisory position.
2. Knowledge / Expertise
Sound knowledge in :
a) Air Traffic Control(ATC) Systems
b) Information & Communication Technologies, including VHF, microwave communication, data communication and etc is an advantage.

Team supervisory and leadership skill
Good team player, customer-focused mindset, open-mindedness, proactive, result / service oriented, total quality management and safety concept with strong logical analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently under pressure with strong desire and commitment to deliver high quality of works in short notice
Good spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
May work in shift duty and / or irregular hours including overnight, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and / or outdoor as required
