Job Responsibilities

This role will be in Insurance Operations dept oversee quality management and operations compliance are fullfilled :

  • Supervisor and lead the team on coordinating internal and external audits, ensure audit issues are addressed and management actions are completed timely
  • Ensure regular and ad-hoc Compliance and Risk related reports are submitted timely
  • Ensure regulatory changes are implemented timely
  • Monitor the team’s review controls process to ensure operations guidelines and procedures are properly updated and retained
  • Ensure on-going effectiveness and implementation of all compliance policies and procedures across the business.
  • Liaise with Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit and Operations in respect of compliance and risk matters for all Insurance Operations Teams
  • Ensure on-going effectiveness of reports preparation
  • Assist the team on identifying process improvement opportunities for better workflow and control, and develop execution plan
  • Participate in projects applying process re-engineering and change management methodologies
  • Assist the team to develop and continuously adapt tools, templates and methodologies for process re-engineering
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Job Requirement

  • Min. 6 to 10 years working experience with sound knowledge of Insurance operations, processes, etc.
  • Strong leader with good people management skills to motivate the team and to deliver excellent results
  • Excellent in stakeholder management with strong influencing and persuasive skills
  • Excellent communications in both written and verbal. Be able to interact with senior management
  • Strong learning agility to cope with fast pace working environment
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
