Customer Service Executive

Company : Corporation / Salary : $15,000 - $16,000

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer complains and enquiries by phone or written mail
  • Follow through the shipment status tracing and investigate the complain cases
  • Maintain a good relationship with customer and provide professional customer care service
  • Requirements :

  • F.5 (passed in HKCEE including Chinese and English) or above
  • 3 years working experience in customer service, espically in call centre environment
  • Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese and English
  • Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Mature, able to work under pressure and pleasant
  • Good PC skill including MS office and Typing
