Job Description

The Media & Content Marketing Specialist will work cross-functionally to support the company’s key marketing initiatives and growth strategies for their advertising business, focused predominantly on supporting education and acquisition events targeting Exporters in China.

This will involve research and analyze exporter insights, develop and execute media ads and KOL campaigns to drive lead generation and acquisition.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • BA / BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of China media planning and content marketing experience
  • Strong content marketing skill to drive campaign impact
  • Excellent project management and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years hands-on search and / or performance marketing experience, other digital media experience such as social and mobile is greatly valued
  • Familiarity with China media and search landscape
  • Hands-on experience to work with media agencies and partners to set up and manage campaigns, write engaging text ads (Simplified Chinese) and execute A / B testing, etc.
  • Knowledge of best practices related to account structure, keyword generation, match types, bidding strategies, etc.
  • Demonstration of best practice and processes for optimizing performance driven search or media campaigns
  • Attention to details, proactive, independent thinker and good team player
  • Enthusiastic, flexible and a highly motivated and energetic self-starter.
  • Numbers-savvy and able to tell a story with data.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Execute tailored search marketing, measurement and optimization strategies
  • Develop performance driven media plans aimed at meeting corresponding OKRs
  • Setup and manage media campaigns across multiple channels in China
  • Keyword research and ad copy development and management
  • Monitor daily performance and increase the efficiency, accuracy and quality of campaign management and client deliverables
  • Media research and insights to help team develop wider and more holistic media proposals
  • Manage campaign performance tracking and analyze results.
