Drive projects needed by business and report progress to concerned stakeholders
Managing consultants, user IT team members and vendors
Understand customer requirements act as a bridge between Business teams, client IT teams, internal consultant teams and vendors
Conduct regular and ad-hoc review meetings on projects
Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by projects and change efforts
Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans (including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, mentoring plan, training plan and resistance management plan)
Work closely with sponsors and project teams to integrate change management activities and strategy into the project plan and support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
Conduct change assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
Participate and lead enterprise change management activities.
Proactively coach senior leaders including executive sponsors.
Consult and coach program managers and teams on strategies to increase adoption, and craft standards of what type of change management tools work best in various situations.
Provide resources and training to others to increase change management effectiveness throughout team
Skill & Competencies
10 years or more of SAP systems with expertise / knowledge in more than one SAP Modules, out of which at least 5 years of experience in managing large scale SAP projects.
Strong (5+ years) hands-on experience, knowledge and understanding in SAP ECC (FICO, MM, SD, PM, PP, DSD or QM) or S4 HANA.
Proven (5+ years) of experience in Project Management (SAP ERP & S4 HANA), proficient in SAP project planning (MS Project / other tools) & tracking.
Possesses good communication skills as required in a multicultural environment
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Strong team leadership aptitude, able to lead the project team for target achievement
Good Analytical and Communication skills
Good exposure on HANA projects and must have experience of HANA migration
Experience in coordination / conflict handling / program solving
Experience in cloud / On premise integration with SAP / NON-SAP systems
Experience in business process mapping with a holistic view of systems end to end
Deep understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, and know how to source, develop and apply standard change management methods, tools, and frameworks
