Achieve aggressive growth (+20% every year) on international markets and hit sales targets by successfully managing and motivating your team.
Set targets, and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Provide accurate reporting of sales activities, revenue, expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Obtain new large key accounts through your own network and hunting efforts though these accounts will be largely managed by your team, you must be involved and understand all key clients managed by your team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Support tenders and high-scale projects to develop business relationships with major clients.

You are :
A well-versed Sales professional with minimum 5 years of experience in a B-to-B industry.
An experienced team manager with more than 5 years experience in managing a sales team (5 to 10 direct reports) from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Prior exposure in TIC, Supply Chain, retail, consumer goods or IT solutions industries would be a strong plus.
A great negotiator, good at reading the room and working across different cultures.
Excellent command of English.
