Our client, a retail bank based in Hong Kong, is looking for a number of operations Business Analyst's to join their retail banking transformation team.
They are currently working on a project to document their current customer journey's across all front line operations, including loan application, credit, mortgage application, payment and remittance etc.
English language only is okay.
These candidates must have expereince in retail banking operations and can have experience in any of the below :
Party / Customer Management - Party / Customer onboarding, customer information maintenance, etc
CASA / Time Deposit - Account opening, cheque book operation, Time deposit opening and maintenance, etc
Teller operations - Cash / cheque deposit and withdrawal, Holding / vault position, international / domestic payment, etc
Payments - Payment hub operations, inward / outward remittance processing, standing instructions, etc
Internet banking - Cash services, loan services, loan maintenance, etc
Loan processing - Loan drawdown, payment, repricing, non performing loan, etc
Credit admin - Customer setup, limit setup and flow, etc
Configuration - Chart of Accounts, sub product code and other business configurations, etc
