Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the operations of the department and online platform, follow up customer’s number activation, re-issuance of SIM Card, delivery, and packaging etc.,
  • Respond promptly to the inquiries, suggestions and complaints from customers and colleagues, and introduce our online platform and services (products, policies, etc.)
  • Support staffs' mobile number activation and services inquiries
  • Help colleagues to maintain and establish customer relationships, achieve long-term cooperation, help to build a relationship with customers to create high-level loyalty for CTExcel, including B to B and B to C services.
  • Host monthly CS meetings, collect daily operational problems, optimize our online platform and services with IT.
  • Assist CS team and analysis CS team’s work.

  • Bachelor Degree or above.
  • 3 year or above relevant experience in telecommunications / customer services field is preferred.
  • Working experience in Telecom industry is a plus.
  • Good command of written & spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Aggressive, self-motivated with strong desire to success and good communication skills
