Responsibilities :

  • Meeting clients and understand their requirements with the sales team
  • Responsible for the whole merchandising process and ensure products meet customers' requirements
  • Sourcing and assisting clients to transform design to product development
  • Conduct product evaluation, liaise with factory members to monitor the production process, and ensure product quality and shipment is on track and on-time schedule
  • Attending to trade fairs and maintain clients' relationship
  • Seasonal travel if it is needed
  • Requirements :

  • 2 years of working experience in merchandising (e.g : Either Home decor / Seasonal items / Artificial Flowers / Gifts & Premium sectors)
  • Solid experience in merchandising (for US chain retailers are more preferred, but not necessary)
  • Strong negotiation and communications skills
  • Able to work independently and solving issues, under pressure and time constraint.
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to direct communication with overseas buyers and suppliers
