Crypto.com is seeking a CRM Data Analyst, who will utilize data techniques, business acumen, and problem-solving skills to provide actionable insights to drive user retention or engagement in the platform ecosystem.
This exciting role will design KPI dashboards, build models, perform deep-dive analysis, develop strategy and be the go-to person for the team to answer all data questions.
The candidate needs to have knowledge of the customer lifecycle and be comfortable manipulating large-scale data sets and building comprehensive dashboards to evaluate effectiveness through analytics tools.
You’ll be able to help the team utilize the best practices to achieve an uplift in all campaign funnels and improve the whole retention experience for the platform.
What you will be doing
Understand the business of CRM and platform product ecosystem, design and develop KPI dashboards and reports (Tableau, etc), establish the foundation for all key metrics tracking to evaluate overall effectiveness
Create actionable insights and provide campaign optimization recommendations for the CRM team through data extraction and transformation processes using data analytics tools (SQL, R, Python, etc)
Hypothesize and perform exploratory customer analysis (customer life cycle analysis, customer segmentation, campaign attribution, A / B testing, RFM analysis, customer behavioral modeling, funnel analysis, CLV, etc.
ability to transform unstructured data into clear business opportunities
Develop best practices of customer targeting strategy for customer lifecycle campaigns (activation, retention, upsell, cross-sell, churn management, etc) through data-driven methods
Partner with data engineering / tech team, ability to plan data requirements and priority pipelines to maintain CRM data landscapes with accuracy and efficiency
Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and develop data models that can be used for long-term optimization
Ad-hoc support on campaign audience targeting list and key campaign analysis
Streamline data workflow to improve efficiency in operational processes
Actively Monitor metrics trends or patterns and troubleshoot operation gaps in a timely manners
Share learnings and results with stakeholders of all seniority and create a data-driven environment within the team
Who you are
1-3 years of experience in data analyst in a fast-paced environment, industry experience in e-commerce, retail, consulting, tech company, financial services is desirable
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, business analytics, statistics, economics, mathematics, or quant related fields
Expert in querying large-scale datasets in SQL, comfortable in manipulating and analyzing complex data sets, knowledge of R / Python is a plus
Proficient in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel or similar tools
Excellent in MS Office or G Suite
Experience with CRM Tools such as Braze / Hubspot / Salesforce
Strong business acumen and good at problem-solving, have a good understanding of customer analytics techniques (customer lifecycle, RFM modeling, clustering segmentation, conversion prediction, etc), basic statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, regression is required.
Good communication skills, effectively communicate ideas and requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, ability to think creatively and strategically for evolving data-driven solutions
A team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to details and precision
Passionate about the crypto / blockchain industry is a strong plus
