Description :

Our client is a very sizable fashion & apparel retailer & wholesaler, owning several popular brands and distributing for many popular global brands.

  • Supervise a team of 5 to effective the daily operation of store development projects
  • Manage the stores design and layout towards the business needs and direction as well as ensure the developments are compliance with relevant regulation in the aspects of technical and operational fulfillment
  • Act as a project leader to ensure the renovation and new store development projects are on tracks and delivered on time as target
  • Perform site visit and provide hands-on support and recommendations for all stages of development, including but not limited to design, site works and facilities management, etc.
  • Responsible for material sourcing and vendor management to ensure the costs and services level are competitive in the market
  • Manage the renewal contract with vendors and perform the controlling of necessary facilities and payment
  • Requirement : :

  • Tertiary education or above in building services / construction / facility management or related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in project management & facility management, in which at least 3 years gained from RETAIL industry at a managerial level
  • Solid experience in store design, fitting out and planning with excellent skill in dealing with landlords and vendors
  • Able to work under pressure with strong sense of commitment
  • Good in both English and Chinese
