Who we're looking for
WeLab is looking for an Group Product Manager to join the team!
While this is an individual contributor role, you will be leading product initiatives where you will have to manage cross-functional stakeholders and team members including other product managers, engineers and designers of various business units.
You will be responsible for ensuring best practices in product management and development are implemented across the entire product such as customer-centric product design and strategic experimentation.
You will be expected to contribute meaningfully to product ideation based on a deep understanding of customer needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that WeLab is at the forefront of technology by being in tune with the latest and newest technologies that are applicable to the business.
What you will be doing
Work closely with CPO across all of WeLab’s businesses to :
Support CEO and CPO vision of building and launching the best fintech products with superior user experience, making product WeLab’s competitive advantage.
Formulate overall WeLab product strategy and roadmap and work with each business to effectively deliver according to the overall strategy
Build, lead, manage and mentor product or other related teams to design and deliver products that empower customers on their financial journey
Have the foresight to formulate the technical vision and development of WeLab products for the next 5 years, but also have the ability to execute on short term initiatives
Build, implement and cultivate strong product culture and best practices instill habit of rapid and continuous testing and learning, continuous innovation and collaboration, effective product reviews and other product-related processes and procedures
Spearhead and implement initiatives that allow for better, more-informed, data-driven decision making across the entire organization
Identify and implement new technologies and drive innovative ideas and solutions that will enhance WeLab’s products or operations
Identify synergies across all WeLab businesses whether it’s standardizing technologies across markets, sharing customer insights or go-to-market strategies for other products
Painstakingly in-tune with the latest tech and product trends and developments around the world and constantly aware of new, innovative business models
About you :
You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet
You are comfortable with ambiguity and extremely resourceful (in your past life you could've been a detective)

What is required and what we’re looking for
10+ years of work experience, with 5-8 years of product management experience, ideating, building and optimizing digital products.
Previous experience in financial / fintech products a plus
Experience driving multiple product initiatives simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams
Get a thrill out of tackling complicated and sometimes unexpected product and business problems
Strong eagerness to both lead and build : strong strategic and logical thinking with ability to execute
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
