Our client is a prestigious and sizable retail organization.
Manage the training team and oversee the retail and operation training & development functions for the region.
Establish short to long-term strategies and planning to sustain the development of the business directions, including but not limited to, succession planning, retention strategy, career development roadmap, etc.
Identify the training needs and develop training plans for different levels and functions of employees (including Retail function & Frontline Staff) as well as evaluate the effectiveness of each activity and hence to make necessary improvement and enhancement.
Perform store visits and provide insights on frontline sales performance against training needs
Requirement : :
Bachelor Degree or above in related discipline
8+ years solid Training and Coaching experience in Retail / F&B industry, with at least 5 years in managerial grade
Familiar in retail operations and frontline services area
Fast paced, multi-tasking with strong business sense is a must
Solid experience in dealing with Senior Executives
Good in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
