Payoneer is looking for a highly talented Integration Engineer in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment.

Integration Engineer collaborates with the Sales & Professional services teams by acting as technical experts in customer integrations.

In addition, Integration Engineer determines the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization’s sales / business development and engineering groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and recommend optimal solution
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations
  • Respond to in-depth customer questions and inquiries
  • Design and prepare proposal and offer after on site study
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales consultation
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
  • Skills, Qualification and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as presale engineer or integration engineer
  • Experience in data analysis and Structured Query Language (sql) writing skill
  • Experience with API’s, and SaaS based products and technologies like REST, HTTP, XML, and JSON
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-oriented and with excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese - Mandarin
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
  • Ability to understand project schedule and plans
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Good understanding of IT and networks infrastructure
  • Not a must but a great advantage

  • Experience in the Payments and / or Ecommerce industry
  • Experience with account management and / or direct sales for SMEs
  • Familiarity with Python, PHP
  • HTML writing
  • Familiarity with Fintech technology
  • Experience in writing and editing technical documents, including user manuals, white papers, annual reports, presentations, tutorials, and Web content.
