The Information Technology and Sustainability (IT&S) Division is structured as a customer centric, portfolio driven organization with departments that are portfolio based.
In this model, Business Relationship Managers aligned to portfolios provide a single point of contact for the business providing innovative technology solutions that contribute significantly to the Club's mission and strategic objectives.
From service delivery perspective, the IT Organization can be categorized as having two distinct components, Projects and Operations.
While the Projects component delivers new IT solutions and services based on business and IT requirements, the Operations component manages and maintains on-going support services for business and IT.
You will :
Support the development and deployment of new workplace technologies with Citrix and Huawei virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) to meet business needs and IT workplace roadmap
Support the Mobile Device Management, Remote Access and Mobility solutions and development
Manage project deliverables by prioritizing, tracking, and completing assigned tasks.
Follow through the Club’s PDLC (Product development life cycle) framework
Handle escalation and monitoring project related activities
Work with the cross-functional teams to ensure Club’s compliance standards are followed
Review and manage the project’s budget and finances
You should have :
Tertiary educated in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in which at least 3 year in project management in a medium to large enterprise
Preferred qualifications PMP, ITIL
Solid domain knowledge with one or more of the followings :
Windows 10, VDI, MDM and Desktop TR
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skill, able to work well with different levels of internal users and external service providers and suppliers
Effective writing skill to document and present technical issues; and prepare project and resolve reports
Good communication skills, in both spoken and written, in English and Chinese
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
