Customer Service Officer (up to 23K)

  • Responsibilities

  • Coordinates commercial activities such as order management, sample requests, technical information, complaints handling etc.;
  • Processes customer orders into SAP with accuracy and respond to customers’ enquiries in a timely manner;
  • Understand the needs of the customers and resolve the issue in a professional way;
  • Responsible for updating customer profiles and customers’ forecast regularly;
  • Work closely with other department such as Sales Team, Logistic Departments etc. to build and maintain relationship with customers;
  • Handle issues or problems raised by customers in situations of conflict;
  • Initiates action to maintain or improve levels of service within area of authority, recognizing issues that need to be referred to higher levels of management;
  • Make proposals to management for changes and improvements;
  • Assisting Finance to liaise with customers for in advance or overdue payments.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder, major in Supply Chain is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years with global customer service background / experience
  • Strong computer skills includes MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • SAP / E-Commerce experience is an advantage
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred
