Assistant Human Resources Manager

Company : Corporation / Salary : $Negotiable

Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic HR services to line departments to understand their business needs and provide professional and quality consultancy services
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR activities, including people development, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruitment and selection, staff relations, tax issues etc.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to meet the business needs
  • Assist in other HR ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of HR management experience in which minimum 2 years at managerial position in multi-national companies, with sizeable number of employees or in services industry
  • Well-versed in legal requirements and HR practices in Hong Kong
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • People-oriented, proactive, dynamic, committed, independent, hands-on, flexible with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
