In view of our recent expansion, we are looking to hire an Operations Manager.
Installation & Project Management
Responsible to deliver all projects initiated by the Sales Dept. with focus on providing excellent customer experience and completing projects within stipulated budget and timelines.
Complete Project documentations.
Service & Installation
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Ensure we have a team of skilled people to support the customers.
Adhere to project timelines
Equip team members with relevant training and product information to better support customers
Comply to all maintenance agreements between IPC and clients this includes SLAs, response time, resolutions and escalation procedures.
Manage all Preventive Maintenance, upgrade and other initiatives.
Ensure proper control of purchase, storage, security and delivery of inventory
Track and monitor shipments from factory to customers
Co-ordinate with Old Saybrook with regards to availability of products
Monitor and control branch's operations costs
Manage branch's budgets, CapEx, T&E and trainings.
Authorize expenditure for Operations
Experience and Skills
Tertiary education, preferably in technology
At least 5 years experience leading a successful customer service team
Experience is building a highly skilled team
Experience in managing a multi million dollar P&L
Experience in providing customer service for financial services industry
Able to work independently and as a regional diversified team
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of Service Management
Good conflict management skills
