Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities :
Act as IT ambassador to frontline and provide technical support to end users
Act on alert messages and troubleshoot, and ensure timely escalation for actions and resolutions
Influence continuous service improvement by raising observations and feedback, and proposing improvement plans
Maintain record management such as hardware, software, contract and license inventory, and security exemption record
Communicate with stakeholders effectively about standard policies and any updates as required
Assist infrastructure operations, and support product and service rollout
Requirements :
Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
At least 5 years’ experience in user support under multi-lingual environment, with 2 years of VIP user support experience
Sound knowledge of ITIL framework to ensure service desk support in high quality
Proven record in supporting Microsoft Office 365 full suite and meeting room set-up
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is desirable.
Holder of MCSE and CCNA is highly desirable
