Main Responsibilities :

  • Act as Overall Management Oversight and Responsible Officer for CCB Securities Ltd (CCBSL)
  • Oversee the operations and business of CCBSL and ensure it complies with regulatory requirement
  • Formulate business plans on CCBSL sales & services to achieve annual financial budget and KPI
  • Establish and maintain the asset management business platform, build the business from scratch by equipping it with necessary infrastructural components, and ensure its continuity
  • Develop and grow the business, increase AUM and revenue by expanding client base and diversifying product line
  • Strengthen the collaboration with CCBA Private Banking, provide portfolio analysis and investment recommendations for PI clients including but not limited to PB clients
  • Leverage internal resources and retained cash-flows to enable a larger and broader business scale
  • Foster corporate profile, steadily build industry recognition by interacting regularly with the investment community, fund consultants, clients and asset management peer group
  • Raise quality and variety in services and products, boost investment performance, enhance risk control, and provide client solutions
  • Manage due diligence and KYC / AML check, fund account opening and on-going monitoring
  • Ensure the team adheres to AML Compliance procedures, including but not limited to customer due diligence and on-going transaction monitoring DisplayQualifications("- University degree holder with minimum 10 years' experience in the banking / asset management industry
  • SFC Type 1, 4 & 9 RO licenses holder preferred
  • Visionary, strategic and resilient
  • Strong business acumen with excellent executive presence
  • Conversant with regulatory requirements, able to manage both internal and external stakeholders including regulators
  • Strong business development skills, good command of English and Chinese
