Your Role In this role, you will lead junior team members to achieve the highest level customer experience at all times.

Also, you will work with Sales to build and expand locally controlled business for the assigned trade lane. Your Responsibilities Supervise the team and be responsible for its performance managementAccept airfreight export bookings for assigned portfolio of customers and ensure all system entry requirements are timely and accurately completedEnsure all tasks are completed according to SOP and KPIsDeliver the highest levels of customer experience with focus on service and retentionHandle sales rate requests relating to Air Freight assigned trade lane promptly and accuratelyConduct joint visits with Sales team Your Skills and Experiences To be considered, you should have a good understanding of airfreight export procedures and freight forwarding knowledge.
