Main Responsibilities

  • To handle the consumer loan applications and renewals in a timely and efficient manner according to the Policy & Process as well as credit operation process complied with the regulatory requirements and credit policies.
  • Ensure service quality of the process and approval flow to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate closely with Front line sales, pre-draw down teams or customers to confirm the customer information and the required credit information for credit processing and approval.
  • Provide workable and constructive feedback to immediate supervisor to improve process flows & system logic for better efficiency.
  • Provide continuous support, on job training and guidance to insourcing staff.
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business or Higher Certificate / Diploma in Business Studies (Banking), Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of experience is preferable
  • Self-motivating and able to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibility
  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, Cantonese
  • Experience and possession of good knowledge on secured consumer loan operations, products and services is an advantage Applicants who are not contacted within 8 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful and their personal data will be retained by the bank for a period up to two years.
