Main Responsibilities
To handle the consumer loan applications and renewals in a timely and efficient manner according to the Policy & Process as well as credit operation process complied with the regulatory requirements and credit policies.
Ensure service quality of the process and approval flow to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate closely with Front line sales, pre-draw down teams or customers to confirm the customer information and the required credit information for credit processing and approval.
Provide workable and constructive feedback to immediate supervisor to improve process flows & system logic for better efficiency.
Provide continuous support, on job training and guidance to insourcing staff.
Requirements
Degree holder in Business or Higher Certificate / Diploma in Business Studies (Banking), Business or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of experience is preferable
Self-motivating and able to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibility
Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, Cantonese
Experience and possession of good knowledge on secured consumer loan operations, products and services is an advantage Applicants who are not contacted within 8 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful and their personal data will be retained by the bank for a period up to two years.
