Duties :

  • Report to Sales Manager
  • Handle clients’ enquiries and follow up order
  • Liaise with overseas clients (USA, EEC & Japan) and PRC clients
  • Prepare quotation, packing List, sales Invoice etc.
  • Provide the after-sales service, payment and product
  • Communicate with internal departments (Accounts & Shipping Dept.)
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments
  • Requirements :

  • Min. one year of relevant / merchandising experience in manufacturing
  • Overseas educated is highly preferred
  • Good ORAL English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • No travel is essential
  • Immediate Available pref
  • Full CV in MS WORD + Photo (Optional)
